ELEVATE YOUR ONLINE PRESENCE

How would it feel to finally have a website that matches the caliber of your work?

Your book opened doors. Your speaking landed you on stages. But your author website? It’s not keeping up.

With a website refresh, I’ll transform your online presence into the asset it should be—one that opens doors while you’re writing, speaking, or sleeping.

Investment: Varies | 50% due at booking

Imagine…

An event planner Googles you at 11 pm—and immediately knows you’re the one. No more outdated headshots or clunky pages that load slowly on mobile. Your site positions you exactly where you belong—in the right rooms, with the right people.

Your contact form actually works when someone wants to book you. No more lost opportunities because a broken form sent inquiries into the void. People can reach you, book you, hire you—easily.

You feel proud when you share your website link. Instead of cringing and apologizing (“sorry, it’s a little outdated…”), you send it confidently. Because it finally reflects the quality of what you’re building.

Your website works as hard as you do. Decision-makers browse your speaking page and think, “We need her.” Nonprofit directors see your credentials and reach out. Corporate partners explore your site and know you’re the real deal.

You stop trading writing time for website panic. No more scrambling to fix things before a book launch. No more DIY troubleshooting at midnight. Just peace of mind that it’s handled—and handled well.

What I’ll do during your website refresh:

  • Refine your design so it feels current, professional, and aligned with who you are today
  • Fix what’s broken—contact forms, navigation, mobile experience, broken links
  • Clarify your messaging so visitors immediately understand what you do and how to work with you
  • Optimize for decision-makers—the people Googling you late at night who need to say yes quickly
  • Ensure technical health—speed, security, functionality across all devices
  • Position you strategically—your site becomes a tool that opens doors, not just a digital business card
Behind-the-scenes

The Website Refresh Timeline

Starting with the consultation call, everything follows a simple timeline that delivers consistent quality and results.

Consultation call

We’ll talk about what’s not working, what you need your site to do, and where you’re headed next

Design & build

I’ll work behind the scenes while your current site stays live. This ensures there’s no gaps in bookings or sales.

Preview, Revisions, Launch

We unveil your new site, request any revisions, and we’ll set a date for your refreshed site to go live—no downtime, no drama

The grace period

Minor tweaks and adjustments happen as you live with the new site and provide valuable feedback.

A website refresh is for you if:

  • Your website is outdated and you know it’s costing you opportunities
  • You’ve been avoiding showing people your site because it doesn’t match your work
  • You’re launching a book, landing speaking gigs, or stepping into bigger rooms—and you need your site to work NOW
  • You want someone who understands the author world (not just “websites”)
  • You’re ready to invest in your online presence so it opens doors instead of closing them

Here’s how we start on your website refresh:

  • Reserve Your Spot (50% deposit): Use the booking link below. You’ll answer a few questions about your site and goals, then pay your deposit to secure your 2-week timeline.
  • Attend Kick-off Call: We’ll discuss what’s not working, what you need your site to do, and map out your refresh plan.
  • I Start Working: Your refreshed site launches in 2 weeks (once all required assets are received), followed by a 2-week grace period for adjustments.
  • Review, Revisions, & Launch: When your refreshed site goes live, the remaining balance (50%) is due.

Why Authors Trust Me with Their Platforms

I’ve been working with authors for nearly ten years—the last two full-time. Here’s what I’ve learned: Authors don’t need another task manager. They need a partner who understands their mission.

One client is a Bible study writer, pastor, and financial coach. She calls me her “marketing dynamo” because she’s seen new clients and increased sales from our work together. As she prepares to take her ministry overseas, she needs someone who handles her website completely—not someone she has to troubleshoot with at 2 am.

Another client is a bestselling author who also runs a national nonprofit and respite home for adults with disabilities. She doesn’t have time to manage tech—she needs to be writing, speaking, and serving caregivers, and tending her own family.

My background: BFA in Creative Nonfiction, AA in English, graduate coursework in Strategic Communication, and ten years of experience working with authors.

But here’s what really matters: I understand what it means to steward someone’s message and platform with care. I don’t just update websites—I protect the work you’re called to do.
